Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the services provided by Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee, located at Mayaro Resource Centre, Beaumont Rd, Mayaro, Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, and Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee’s website, located at https://mgrectt.com and any associated sub-domain.
By soliciting any deliverables of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee or accessing Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee's website or any part thereof, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee, the Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee’s website and the MGREC | SRM System web application if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person requesting any services and the person log on the Company’s website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

01. Acceptance of Terms
By soliciting any deliverables of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee (the “Company”) or accessing and using Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee (the “Web Application”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement (the “Terms”). In addition, when using the Company’s and the Company's Web Application’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms.
These Terms apply in full force and effect to your solicitation of any offerings and use of the Company and the Company's Web Application and by using this Company and Web Application, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Company and Web Application.
The Company and Web Application is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, you must not use the Company and the Company's Web Application. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you should review these Terms with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand and agree to these Terms.
Your access to and use of the Web Application is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company and the Company's Web Application. Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Company and the Company's Web Application, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Company and the Company's Web Application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Web Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Company and the Company's Web Application.
Please review these Terms on a regular basis. You understand and agree that your continued use of the Company and the Company's Web Application after the Terms have changed constitutes your acceptance of the Terms as revised.

02. Changes to Terms
Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Service, We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Company and the Company's Web Application thereafter. Your continued use of the Web Application following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee ("We", "Us", or "Our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

05. Authorized Users, Clients and Stakeholders
Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee ("We", "Us", or "Our") provides services and products via our website mgrectt.com (the "Web Application") to authorized users only.
An authorized user, client and stakeholder is an individual or entity who has registered with us to use the Web Application and who has accepted our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Authorized users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
If you are using the Company and the Company's Web Application on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of that entity.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all users. Services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended users.
If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this agreement. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Company and the Company's Web Application to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Company and the Company's Web Application is revoked in such jurisdictions.

06. User Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an Account. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms.
- Registration: When registering an Account, you may be required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of your Account or any other breach of security.
- Account Security: We care about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
- Account Restrictions: You agree not to use your Account to conduct any activity that is illegal or violates the rights of others, provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information, or to create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
- Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your rights to use our Company and Web Application (including your Account) at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Company and the Company's Web Application in violation of these Terms. Upon termination of your Account, your right to access services and features of the Company and the Company's Web Application will immediately cease.
- Data Protection: All personal data you provide to us as a result of your registration is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Company and the Company's Web Application, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

07. User Submissions
Any material, information, or other communication you transmit or post to the Company and the Company's Web Application will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Communications"). Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. We and our designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Company and the Company's Web Application any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.

08. Your Content
Any content you upload to our Web Application will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you are required to grant us and other users of the Company and the Company's Web Application a limited license to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our Web Application constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on our Web Application if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy.
You are solely responsible for securing and backing up your content.

Unless otherwise stated, Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee's website and the MGREC | SRM System web application. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee's website and the MGREC | SRM System web application for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from the Company’s Web Application and MGREC | SRM System web application
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from the Company’s Web Application and MGREC | SRM System web application
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the Company’s Web Application and MGREC | SRM System web application
- Redistribute content from the Company’s Web Application and MGREC | SRM System web application
- This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Parts of the Company and the Company's Web Application offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the company and the Company's Web Application. Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the company and the Company's Web Application. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on the Company and the Company's Web Application.
Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You warrant and represent that:
- You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;
- The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
You hereby grant Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats or media.

11. Payments and Billing
Certain products or services offered on or through the Web Application may be available for purchase. By purchasing products or services through the Company and the Company's Web Application, you represent that you have reached the age of majority (which in most states is 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you order any products or services, you hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to purchase and that all information you provide, including but not limited to your credit card or other payment information, is true, accurate, and complete.
We reserve the right to change the prices and available products and services at any time. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Company and the Company's Web Application are subject to change at any time without notice.

12. Payment Policy
- Payment Methods: Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee accepts payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), debit card, company cheques and bank transfer. We use a secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of your financial information and all electronic bank transfer data is provided on all accompanying estimates and invoices.
- Currency: All payments are to be made in the currency in which the price was quoted. If you are making a payment from a different currency zone, your bank may apply conversion rates and charges.
- Payment Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for all services is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are typically sent via email. For larger projects, we will require a 50% deposit before work begins.
- Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month will be added to the unpaid balance. Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances until the balance is paid in full.
- Refunds: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within thirty (30) business days of the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
- Disputes: Any disputes about charges to your account must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the date of the charge. Disputes should be directed to our Stakeholder Relations Department at srm@mgrectt.com.
- Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with your use of our services. If we are required to pay any such amounts on your behalf, you will reimburse us in full within thirty (30) regular days of notification.
- Changes to Payment Policy: Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted or emailed constitutes acceptance of the changes.
By using our services, you agree to abide by this Payment Policy.

13. Offer and Acceptance
By using the services provided by Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee and the Company’s Web Application mgrectt.com (the "Web Application"), you are making an offer to enter into an agreement with us. Your offer is made when you click "I Agree" or similar button or checkbox at the point of sale or at the bottom of this Terms of Service.
Our acceptance of your offer is made when we send you an email confirming your purchase or otherwise confirm that we accept your offer. The agreement between you and us is formed when we accept your offer.

14. Consideration
In consideration for the rights granted to you under these Terms, you agree to use the Company and the Company's Web Application and its services in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules or policies that Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee establishes.
Your access to the Company and the Company's Web Application may be revoked by us at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. If your access is revoked, you agree to cease all use of the Company and the Company's Web Application and its services.

15. Scope of Services
This Agreement is entered into by and between you ("Client") and Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee ("Provider"). The Provider agrees to provide the Client with services (the "Services") as described in this Agreement.
The Services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Advocacy for Educational Development
We advocate for the development of education in the Mayaro/Guayaguayare region. This includes lobbying for increased funding, promoting educational reforms, and working with local, regional, and national stakeholders to improve the quality of education.

Educational Programmes, Projects and Events
We organize and implement a variety of educational programmes, projects, and events. These initiatives are designed to enhance learning opportunities, foster academic achievement, and promote lifelong learning among students in the region.

Consultation and Training in Education
We provide consultation services to educational institutions in the region, offering expert advice on curriculum development, teaching methodologies, and school management. Additionally, we conduct training sessions for educators to equip them with the latest pedagogical skills and knowledge.

Digital Educational Content and Media
We develop and distribute digital educational content and media. This includes online courses, educational videos, interactive learning modules, and other digital resources that facilitate remote learning and self-paced study.

Printed Educational Content and Media
We produce a range of printed educational materials, such as textbooks, workbooks, and educational magazines. These resources are designed to support classroom instruction and independent learning.

Management and Administration of Educational Systems
We oversee the management and administration of educational systems in the Mayaro/Guayaguayare region. This involves setting educational policies, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and coordinating with schools and other educational institutions in the region.
The Provider agrees to provide the Services in a timely and professional manner, consistent with industry standards for similar services. The Provider will use its best efforts to provide the Services in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline and to meet any performance dates specified in the Agreement.
The Provider reserves the right to subcontract any of the Services to be performed under this Agreement. However, the Provider will remain responsible for all work performed by its subcontractors and for ensuring that such work complies with the obligations set forth in this Agreement.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Provider's ability to provide the Services is dependent upon the Client's timely and effective cooperation with the Provider. This includes providing accurate and complete information, materials, and resources as requested by the Provider.

16. Creative Freedom
In scenarios where the Client provides Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee ("Provider") with the creative freedom to design and create items without any initial client contributions or input, the following terms apply:
- Scope of Work: The Provider will use its professional judgment and industry experience to deliver the services as it sees fit with minimal input from the Client.
- Client Approval: Upon completion of each deliverable, the Provider will submit the deliverable to the Client for review and approval. The Client acknowledges that their approval will be deemed given unless they provide specific feedback within five (5) business days of receiving each deliverable.
- Revisions: Given the nature of creative freedom, the Provider will allow for two (2) rounds of major revisions at no extra cost. Each round of revisions is defined as the incorporation of the Client’s feedback and the submission of the revised Services to the Client for approval.
- Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted exclusive and unlimited rights to use the final deliverables for the purpose defined in this Agreement. The Client owns the final deliverables and has the right to use them in any media without additional charge.
- Provider Portfolio: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Provider retains the right to display all work created in the course of this project in their portfolios, social media, and in other promotional ways.

17. Delivery of Services
The Provider will deliver the Services to the Client as outlined in the project proposal and timeline agreed upon by both parties. The Provider will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. However, the Client acknowledges that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or changes to the project scope.
Upon completion of each deliverable, the Provider will submit the deliverable to the Client for review and approval. The Client will have a specified number of days to review each deliverable and to provide any feedback or requests for revisions.
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the Client's feedback and to make any requested revisions in a timely manner. However, the Client acknowledges that significant changes to the project scope or deliverables may result in additional fees and may affect the project timeline.
Once the Client has approved a deliverable, the Provider will provide the Client with the final files or access to the completed work. The Provider will also provide any necessary instructions or documentation for the use, maintenance, or installation of the delivered work.
The Provider will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all deliverables are free of errors and defects. However, the Client acknowledges that it is the Client's responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of all deliverables and to test all software or digital products before use.
The Provider will retain copies of all deliverables for a period of six (6) months after the completion of the Services. After this period, the Provider will have no obligation to retain copies of any deliverables.

18. Revisions and Alterations
The Provider will provide the Client with an opportunity to review the output of each stage of Service delivery. Upon completion of each stage, the Client will have five (5) business days to provide feedback and request revisions.
The Provider includes two (2) rounds of revision at each stage at no extra cost. Each round of revisions is defined as the incorporation of the Client’s feedback and the submission of the revised Services to the Client for approval.
Any revisions requested beyond the two (2) included rounds will be billed separately at the Provider's standard hourly rate. The Provider will provide a quote for the additional charges, which must be agreed to in writing by the Client before the additional work commences.
Significant revisions or alterations to project scope, objectives, or timeline may require a separate quote to reflect the changes to the project.

19. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company and the Company's Web Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms of Service permit you to use the Company and the Company's Web Application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Web Application.
You must not access or use for any commercial purposes any part of the Company and the Company's Web Application or any services or materials available through the Company and the Company's Web Application.

20. Ownership and Rights
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted exclusive and unlimited rights to use the final deliverables for the purpose defined in this Agreement. The Client owns the final deliverables and has the right to use them in any media without additional charge.
Until final payment is received, the final deliverables remain the property of the Provider. The Provider retains all rights to preliminary works in progress.
The Provider retains the right to display all work created in the course of this project in their portfolios, social media, and in other promotional ways. The Provider can acknowledge their role in production of the project and the nature of the work performed.

21. Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Web Application without prior written approval:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organizations;
- Online directory distributors may link to our Web Application in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Web Applications of other listed businesses; and
- System wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web Application.
These organizations may link to our home page, to publications or to other Web Application information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
We may consider and approve other link requests from the following types of organizations:
- commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources;
- dot.com community sites;
- associations or other groups representing charities;
- online directory distributors;
- internet portals;
- accounting, law and consulting firms; and
- educational institutions and trade associations.
We will approve link requests from these organizations if we decide that: (a) the link would not make us look unfavorably to ourselves or to our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have any negative records with us; (c) the benefit to us from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates the absence of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee; and (d) the link is in the context of general resource information.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Web Application, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Web Application as follows:
- By use of our corporate name; or
- By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
- By use of any other description of our Web Application being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party’s site.
No use of Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

22. iFrames
Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages or related content that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Web Application.

23. Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Web Application or Social Media platform. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on your Web Application or Social Media platform. No link(s) should appear on any Web Application or Social Media platform that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

24. Copyright Infringement
We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from the Company and the Company's Web Application infringe your copyright, you may request removal of those materials (or access to them) from the Company and the Company's Web Application by submitting written notification to our copyright agent designated below.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Company and the Company's Web Application from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or your use and access of the Company and the Company's Web Application.
Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee reserves the right to release current or past member or Web site user information if Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee believes that a member’s account is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee deems it necessary and/or appropriate.

37. Return and Guarantee Policy
- Product Guarantee: Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee guarantees that all our products and services will meet the specifications stated on the product description page. If any product or service fails to meet these specifications, we will provide a suitable remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
- Return Eligibility: Products or services may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt if they do not meet the stated specifications. The product or service must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they fail to meet the stated specifications.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Stakeholder Relations Department at srm@mgrectt.com with your order number, details about the product or service you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within two (2) business days with instructions on how to return items from your order.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment within thirty (30) business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at srm@mgrectt.com. Please note that it may take up to thirty (30) days for the replacement item to be delivered.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over five hundred and fifty (TTD$550) Trinidad and Tobago dollars, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Changes to Return and Guarantee Policy: Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee reserves the right to modify this Return and Guarantee Policy at any time. 38. Shipping Policy
Mayaro/Guayaguayare Regional Education Committee ("We", "Us", or "Our") ships products worldwide using trusted third-party courier services. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we strive to ship your order within ten (10) business days.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and depend on the delivery location. Your order may arrive earlier or later depending on unforeseen factors, such as shipping delays. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the product has been shipped from our facilities.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track your order online on the courier's website.
